Acompact nucleus of interconnected houses, built using the same architectural and decorative elements, makes up the historical part of town. Undoubtedly, these stones which have managed to save the character of days gone by, have in them the power of bringing people together; they create a feeling of respect and admiration. Even those who have left the island cannot help feeling its charm, and they return, just as a traveler might return to a place particularly at heart, to renew old friendships and make new ones.
