On the second and third floors, there are bedrooms, each of which has its own toilet.
The facility is located in a pedestrian zone, and free parking is provided in the public parking lot. A coastal promenade with all facilities, restaurants, shops, bars is a minute's walk from the house. The nearest beach is 300 m away, while the beaches of Melin and Kovačine are about 10 minutes' walk or bike ride away.
With prior notice, small pets are allowed for a fee of EUR 7.0 per day,
Final cleaning in the amount of 50 euros is not included in the stated price
